Chuanyi 4973 Series Conductivity Cells
are made of PES plastic which is of anti-corrosion and can bear the pressure of
1.72MPa as well as the high temperature of140℃. The electrode is made of Ti or
graphite. Insertion mounting and flow through mounting are selectable.

2.電導池有很強的抗腐蝕能力,電極為欽材料(電極常數為0.01和0.1電導池)或高密度碳材料(電極常數為1.0和10.0電導池)。
3.可插入式和流通式安裝,3/4"N尸下陽螺紋允許電導池**安裝在管道或罐上;電導池也用作實驗室浸入型用于批量采樣。

使用維護
.4973電導池維護量極小,只有當沉渣累積在電導池中,影響電導池的工作性能時,則需對電導池進行清洗。
.清洗一般采用無機酸,不僅快速、高效,并且十分充分;另一種方法采用高壓水流沖掉附著的雜質,再用自來水和蒸餾水徹底清洗。
.電導池外殼由聚苯醚材料制成,所以禁止用丙酮、氯仿、甲苯或氯烴等試劑清洗。
.當測量值小于0.5 a s/cm電導率時,取樣化驗的值與在線表不具可比性,建議采用取樣杯從在線表出口取樣溢流進行實時測量比較,這樣可以大大降低空氣對水質的誤差影響。
.Application and
Maintenance
.4973 series conductivity
cells require minimal maintenance. Only when the waster accumulated on the
cells affecting work performance, the cleaning is required.
.Generally, nonorganic acid
is used when cleaning, which is efficient and fast in response. High pressure
water stream can be used to wash out the deposit after which tap water or
distilled water is applied to make a final clean.
.For the conductivity cell is made of phenylene oxide, none of
acetone, chloroform toluene or chlorohydrocarbon can be used as cleanser.
.When conductivity is no
more than 0.5 N s/cm, real time measurement is much more reliable for it can
lower the influence of air on water quality
